*Paying for the goods:

We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment service. It's quick, easy, and safe. To further protect each customer's privacy, we do not sell, distribute or share customer information under any circumstances.

California residents pay an additional 7.75% sales tax.

*Delivery/Shipping:

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. We ship everyday, except for the days that start with "S". We ship all orders via UPS Ground, which can take up to 3-7 business days, depending on where you are in the United States.

The flat shipping rate for this service is $10.00 for one duvet and pillow sham set. If you live outside the US, the rate is $30.00 via the United States Postal Service. If you need an order rushed, you will need to let us know in the "special notes & instructions" section of your order, and we will do everything we can to expedite shipping and work with you. That being said, additional charges may apply.

*Returns/exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you need to email us within 7 days from the date you receive the goods. Include your name, shipping address, order number and the reason for the return/exchange in your email. Luxury Lab will reply to you and provide the return mailing address and a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be listed on the return packaging.

All returned/exchanged items must be in original shipped condition. Pack your returned items in unused, resalable condition, in the original packaging with all associated materials. For obvious reasons, Luxury Lab cannot accept for return or exchange any items that have been washed, damaged or stained.

Luxury Lab will not credit you the cost for shipping/handling on your original purchase. Also, you will be responsible to pay shipping charges to send the return/exchange package back to us.
